UAU CSI SUMMER CAMP LUNCH ORDER FORM

Please use the form below to order lunch for your camper.  Please note, your lunch order must be placed NO LATER than 7pm on Friday’s for the following week of camp.  Should you miss the chance to order lunch online, you also have the option of bringing bagged lunch each day or giving your camper money to purchase lunch in person at our cafeteria.

Lunch options are $11.44 which includes a credit card convenience fee. Chick-fil-A Thursdays are priced per item
